Terms & conditions
- Preparation: cover food, utensils and aquariums before spray treatments; the technician will guide you.
- Re-entry: follow the re-entry time advised for treated rooms.
- Electricity and water: the customer provides running electricity and water at the site for machines and cleaning.
- 20% advance: a 20% advance confirms your slot. The balance is paid on completion by UPI or cash.
- Cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before the slot for a full refund of the advance; within 24 hours, 50% of the advance is refunded.
- Pre-work scope check: our supervisor walks through the site with you before starting and confirms the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is done.

- Valuables: please keep cash, jewellery and fragile items secured before the crew arrives.

Which pests do you treat?

Is your pest control eco-friendly and safe for children and pets?
We recommend targeted gel baiting and low-odour treatments wherever they work, and explain any precautions such as keeping children and pets out of treated rooms for a few hours.
How is pest control priced?
The price is confirmed after inspection because it depends on the pest, the level of infestation and the size of the space.
Do I need to leave home during treatment?
For most gel treatments, no. For spray, bed bug and fogging treatments you may need to stay out of the treated rooms for a few hours.
Do you offer pest control contracts for businesses?
Yes. Offices, restaurants, hospitals and societies can take scheduled pest control on a contract alongside housekeeping.
