- Bulk debris, rubble and large waste disposal

Pricing is by site inspection because debris levels and finishes vary widely.

Terms & conditions
- Site readiness: all trades (painting, carpentry, electrical) should be finished; work done after our cleaning may need a re-clean at extra cost.
- Bulk debris: must be removed by the contractor before the crew starts.
- Electricity and water: the customer provides running electricity and water at the site for machines and cleaning.
- 20% advance: a 20% advance confirms your slot. The balance is paid on completion by UPI or cash.
- Cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before the slot for a full refund of the advance; within 24 hours, 50% of the advance is refunded.
- Pre-work scope check: our supervisor walks through the site with you before starting and confirms the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it is done.

- Valuables: please keep cash, jewellery and fragile items secured before the crew arrives.

What is post-interior cleaning?
Post-interior cleaning removes the dust, paint splashes, cement marks, glue and stickers left after carpentry, painting or renovation, so the space is ready to move in or hand over.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
Every site is different, so we price after a free inspection based on area, level of debris and the finishes involved.
Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Yes. We handle handover cleaning for interior and architectural firms including VK Interior, Padam Interior and Studio XP, and can work to your project timeline.
Do you remove construction debris?
We clear fine dust and small leftover material. Bulk debris, rubble and large waste must be removed by the contractor before our crew starts.
Will acid be used on my floors?
No harsh acid washing. We use surface-safe chemicals chosen for each finish such as marble, vitrified tiles, wood and glass.
